Orders will be dispatched as a letter or a parcel via the Finnish postal service Posti, FedEx and GLS. We ship almost worldwide. Delivery charges are based on the weight and size of the order. If you cannot find your country from our shop as you pay, please contact us!

Complaints Policy and return/exchange
For fabrics cut to length, we offer a 7day complaints policy from collection or receipt of the product. For all other products, we offer a 14day exchange or return policy.
Nondefective products or sale and clearance products cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is a defect in the product, contact us immediately by email asiakaspalvelu@mereen.fi
The customer pays the delivery costs for the return or exchange. Before returns or exchanges, always contact Mereen's customer service.
